RETURNS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item to us, subject to compliance with the conditions listed below.
1/ Any return request must be validated in advance by SERICA via email only. To initiate a return, the customer must fill out the withdrawal form accessible via the button above or contact Customer Service via the dedicated contact page and provide the relevant order information to allow the request to be processed.

2/ Simplified return procedure – To ensure fast and secure processing, a prepaid return label via our partner DHL is provided. To guarantee optimal tracking, only the use of this label will be accepted by SERICA for a product return.
3/ Return fees – Fixed return fees will apply and will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees cover logistics costs as well as the quality inspection performed upon receipt of the product:
– €35 per unit for watch returns in Europe / €10 per unit for an accessory
– €50 per unit for watch returns outside Europe (excluding Australia and the United States) / €20 per unit for an accessory
– €90 per unit for watch returns in Australia / €30 per unit for an accessory
– $30 per unit for watch returns in the United States / $10 per unit for an accessory
Please note that customs duties paid upon delivery (under DDP shipping terms) are non-refundable in the event of a return or cancellation after dispatch.
4/ Return conditions – The returned product must be new, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt, an inspection will be carried out by our dedicated team. If the product meets all requirements (free of scratches or signs of wear), the return will be approved.
5/ Refund terms – The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days following receipt and validation of the return.
FREE ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers may modify or cancel their order for an exchange or a refund as long as the order has not been dispatched by the postal service/carrier selected on the SERICA Watches website. Customers can modify or cancel free of charge by contacting customer service on the dedicated contact page, or by replying directly to the confirmation email of the order in question.
WARRANTY
PRODUCT
A two-year international warranty covering any manufacturing defects is included with all SERICA watches (see Terms & Conditions). We use mechanical calibers proven and refined over several decades, familiar to all watchmakers, and fully serviceable.

LEGAL
Every purchase made on this website is contracted with a company registered with the Paris Commercial Court and governed by the laws applicable to French and international commerce. The flow of funds is therefore just as transparent as the provenance of our products.
WARRANTY RETURN CONDITIONS
The warranty on our watches will be considered void if the return of the watch is not carried out in suitable packaging ensuring optimal protection during transit. It is essential that the packaging used is adequate to prevent any potential damage. We decline any liability in the event of deterioration resulting from inadequate packaging.
To guarantee safe transit, it is essential that the watch is securely stabilized and held firmly inside the box. We recommend using the watch's original box, which was specifically engineered to ensure optimal protection during shipping.
If you no longer have the original box, you may use a padded container that prevents any movement of the watch during transit. Please make sure the padding is sufficient to absorb potential shocks and prevent direct contact between the watch and the walls of the container.
