Boutique Pick-up Delivery

I accept the after-sales service terms and entrust my watch to the expertise of SERICA's watchmakers. I defer to their diagnosis to determine whether the issue falls under the 2-year warranty (manufacturing defects) or is related to usage. I understand that unsuitable packaging voids the warranty and that shipping costs will be charged for any service outside the warranty or in case of quote refusal.*
