RETURN & AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The buyer has a right of return within 14 days of receipt of the order. To proceed with a return, the customer must contact the after-sales service via the above-mentioned page and fill in the information relating to the order concerned so that we can process your request. The product must be returned no later than fourteen days after you have informed Serica Watches of your decision to cancel.

The product to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging. After examination by our customer service department, and if the product in question is indeed returned in mint condition (without scratches or other traces of handling), the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer upon reception of the merchandise by Serica.

After-sales service : Even if we are no longer in the picture, our partner in Switzerland is committed to ensuring the repair and service of your watch.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT FEES

The customer may modify or cancel the order in order to obtain an exchange or a refund as long as the order has not been dispatched by the postal service selected on the Serica Watches website. The customer may therefore modify or cancel the order free of charge by contacting customer service on the after-sales service page, or by replying to the order confirmation email.

All orders placed on this website are made with a company registered at the Commercial Court of Paris and comply with French and International Trade Laws. The circulation of funds is therefore just as transparent as the origin of our products.
